Originally from Sweden Eva now lives in France. Since 1990, She is the owner and director of Fit Studio, Lyon-France.
The studio has gained a reputation as an international center for quality teaching and attracts fitness instructor and pupils from all over Europe.
Eva has also a practical training course, "Formation Professional Fitness" (F.P.F.), for teachers. Over 1500 teachers have taken her training program.
Her programs are continually revised to keep up-to-date with the
ever-evolving techniques in fitness.
Eva is well known for her dynamic energy and pedagogy, in demand
internationally i.e. several times IDEA Convention - USA and U.K., Fitness Professional - UK, FIA Convention - Australia, Music & Motion - Australia, Interlink - Australia, South Africa, Safe - Sweden, Bodylife, Sportspark,
InLine - Germany, Runner Convention - Brazil and of course all over Europe.
