Karen Westfall is an international fitness presenter and has presented workshops in 14 countries and across the United States. She has produced and starred in 15 Water Workout Videos that are now being distributed worldwide. Karen has been featured at eight IDEA International Conventions, ten International Aquatic Fitness Conferences, and several other well-known conferences throughout the world. She was awarded the 1994 Aquatic Fitness Professional of the Year at the International Aquatic Fitness Conference. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Professional Dancing and Physical Education. As an Amateur Ballroom Dancer, she and her husband won the National Ballroom and Latin Championships and as an Aerobics Competitor, she and her team were the champions in the Mountain States Region of the United States. She manages her own business, Karen Westfall Productions, and juggles career and family with her husband and 5 children.
