VHS Recording Standards

Worldwide, there are 3 recording standards for a commercially released video: PAL, NTSC and SECAM. Each is unique and incompatible because of differing rates of frame per second delivery.

Multitrax sells the PAL (Phase Alternation Line) standard only, which is used in most European countries and regions of Asia.

Please check the list below to make sure our tapes will play on your VCR. Please check your VCR manual, or with the manufacturer if in doubt.
